SchooliT provides bulk data import of students from any of your existing system. There is a Data Import module in SchooliT. Student data has to be entered in the attached CSV sheet and can be uploaded from the Data Import module. The following Important points are to be taken care of while entering data into CSV are as follows.
Admission date format
MM/DD/YYYY (02/20/1990) or (2/20/1990)
MM/YYYY/DD (02/1991/26) or (2/1991/26)
Date of birth
MM/DD/YYYY (02/20/1990) or (2/20/1990)
MM/YYYY/DD (02/1991/26) or (2/1991/26)
Gender
M or F
Blood group
A-, A+, B-, B+, O+, O-, AB+, AB-
Nationality id
Nigeria, China etc (You have to enter correct country name. Country name to be entered can be found from the student admission form in the Admission module in SchooliT)
Student category id
If no category is added, it will automatically show as General. Or add a student Category name that was created in Manage Student Category page
Country id
It is same as Nationality id
Guardians and Parents
User can add three parents/guardian details. There is a field for immediate contact against each of the parent details (parent 1, parent 2, and parent 3). User has to mark any one of the entered guardian as immediate contact. This can be done by marking ‘y’ under immediate contact for any one of the guardian added. If the guardian is added, then mandatorily there should be one entry against immediate contact
